    The Uggs themselves are fantastic – very high quality finish and incredibly comfortable.
    I was pretty disappointed with the amount on plastic packaging though. Is it really necessary to individually bag each boot when they’re already wrapped in paper inside a box? Would love to see more environmentally conscious packaging.

      Thank you for your feedback, we take your comment very seriously and try to improve as best as we can.
      We are also trying to limit the amount of packaging, but as you might know, sheepskin is a very delicate material and if each boot wasn’t wrapped individually, the skin would get damaged in the box by pressing against each other.
      In the mean time, we are looking at other ways to protect the boots during shipping.

    The inside wool colour was different to that in the photos, but it was explained and handled really well and an appropriate amount refunded.
