Cannot comment on the ugg boots (as they have not arrived yet) but the delivery has been difficult. I received an email informing me that the boots were being returned to sender as they were unable to deliver to the address. After sleuthing on google I was able to locate the courier details. It was after hours so I called and left a message. When they didn’t respond I called again. I sent them details of a new address. I then received a notification saying that the parcel was being taken to a collection place as no one was home. I was sure that I gave authority to leave… so now I have to arrange for someone in Tasmania to come and collect a parcel that I had assumed would be delivered to the door. It has been a lot of hassle given I paid for postage and delivery. This particular courier has had negative reviews online in the local area and I can see why.
